FormFlow

FormFlow is a companion app for iOS that lets you browse, create, and manage forms and files that already live in your own Google Account — connecting directly to Google Drive and Google Forms, right from your phone.

Browse your Drive

See your existing Google Drive folders and files, not just what you create in the app — open, preview, and organize them on the go.

Build Google Forms

Create new Google Forms directly in your Drive, add questions, sections, and images, and manage settings without opening a browser.

Manage files

Rename, move, copy, star, and delete your own Drive items, and upload photos from your device to use in a form you're building.

Stay in sync

Everything you do in FormFlow reads and writes straight to your own Google Account — there's no separate copy stored on our servers.

Why FormFlow asks for Google Drive access

FormFlow doesn't run its own file storage — it's an interface to the forms and files that already exist in your Google Account. To let you browse folders you didn't create through the app, open existing files, and build or edit Google Forms, FormFlow requests permission to read and write your Google Drive on your behalf, using Google's own sign-in and consent screen. You can review or revoke this access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what data FormFlow accesses and how it's used.
